Membership
Membership runs for 1 year from the date you
join. Members are sent a monthly statement for all charges. Members are
automatically billed the renewal rate fee on the membership’s anniversary date
unless you cancel your membership. If membership is cancelled, you must pay the
1st year fee to reinstate in the future. MVRC reserves the right to deny
membership to any new or renewing person.

Hourly Court Time and fees for other programs are billed monthly. Bills are sent at the end of each month.

Minimums
Members must meet a monthly minimum twelve months a year. All club charges, except membership renewal fee, but including court time, leagues, pro shop, lessons, unlimited fees, etc... will be applied to the current month’s minimums.

Any unused minimums which are billed to an account may be used later to purchase Pro Shop merchandise or take Lessons. (Book your lessons early!) At the time of the purchase or lesson, please request a credit for minimums you have accumulated. Minimums billed in 2007 will expire February 29, 2008.
