Permanent Court Times are for those players who would
like a reserved weekly court all season. There are many prime weekly court times
still available for this season. Your court time will be reserved for your group
through the regular season (September 1 to May 31) or the summer season (June 1
to August 31) Permanent courts
must be reserved for the entire season (Unless you reserve your court after the
season starts.) Players must sign a contract which is available at the front
desk.
We will not schedule permanent courts on the following days: Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, New Years Day, Memorial Day, and July 4th. If you would like a court on any of these days, please reserve it at the desk.
Please let us know of any days you cannot use your court. If we sell your court, you will not be billed. You may always switch your court to a different time during the day but not to a different day.
There is a $7 Guest Fee (won't exceed $14/court) for each non-member guest who plays with you. You may bring as many guests as you like, but please limit the same guest to 6 visits per year. Please check in at the front desk and have your guests do the same so there will be no mistakes in billing.
Permanent court time will be billed at regular Court Time Rates. The cost is split between the players and billed at the end of each month for that month. Reimbursements by substitutes should be handled privately. Remember, the Unlimited Play Options do not cover Permanent Court Time fees.
